As a small business we would like to be clear on the terms and conditions related to your purchase or any service given. We strive to be as clear and transparent as possible with every customer.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

We have the right to cancel or withdraw any purchase or service if there is payment issues before shipping.
We are not liable for any customized merch spelling if the word, name, or phrase is submitted wrong by customer. Customer may reach out to vendor, and if item has not been made, it can be corrected. Payment will still be taken.
We reserve our right for the designs copyright , such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. are not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Order may be cancelled and person banned from services.

Return and Refund Policy

We are always looking to better ourselves in any way we can. If there is any issues with your product or service given, do not hesitate to contact us immediately and we will make sure to work with you to fix it. Please read the policy of returns and refunds for all orders and services given.

Return and Refund policy:

Return time is 15 days after received item.
Customized items may not be returned, unless damaged, wrong item, or misspelled by vendor.
If product was used, broken by customer, altered, or colored, it may not be returned.
To process a return please contact us by phone, text message, or email. Please provide pictures of the item if damaged. Please include details of the reason for the return.
Refund will be processed as soon as item is received. After product is received, it may take up to 48 hours to process return (Item does not need to be sent back ONLY when vendor tells them to keep product).
